Charmaine Morales, a registered nurse with a background in med-surg and oncology nursing, currently serves as president of UNAC/UHCP, advocating for healthcare professionals and quality patient care. Her passion for Highly Favored stems from her journey witnessing her father’s lifelong battle with substance abuse and homelessness. Outside work, Charmaine treasures spending time with her husband, children, and a handful of grandsons, cherishing moments reflecting her commitment to faith, family, and service.
