Onika S. Davis has been a volunteer with Highly Favored: A Blessing to Others since 2016. She believes a Nurse Leader is not only important to serve in the hospital but also in the community as well. Onika absolutely enjoys being of service to others and giving back to different communities because despite their differences, their struggles are very similar. Being a volunteer with Highly Favored allows her to stay connected to serve with great pride.
