Who we are?

Alexis Goudeau RN, BSN and Founder of Highly Favored: A Blessing to Others. Alexis Goudeau, a graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s school of nursing, is an experienced Registered Nurse working in two different fields of nursing. Her background includes 8 years as an ICU RN and 5 years as a GI nurse. Specialty areas worked include liver transplant, Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Cardiac ICU, and Ambulatory care.

In this mission called life, Alexis’ greatest passion is helping make this world a better place to live by helping the less fortunate. In 2015,  Alexis Goudeau established a nonprofit organization that works hard at promoting awareness for the homeless population throughout Los Angeles County. Highly Favored carries out random acts of kindness to the less fortunate and this is made possible by the generosity of our donors. We believe that if we change our mindset, everyone can make a difference in the world we live in. The homeless population is interwoven in the lives of all. Daily viewings during commutes to work and various outings portrayed an imperfect world that surrounds us. So many people need our help. Highly Favored: A Blessing to Others’ view the beauty in all, no color lines, gender lines, or situational instances can blind the act of giving. These human beings need essential items used in daily living. Highly Favored: A Blessing to Others is a 501c charitable organization whose mission is to help improve the quality of life for all impoverished persons by providing them with the essential items needed for daily living. Toiletries items such as soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, feminine products, shampoo, conditioner, warm clothing/blankets, etc are distributed in the homeless communities throughout Los Angeles County.
