07 May Mother’s Day Brunch
Our 2nd annual Mother’s Day Brunch at the Good Shepherd Center was a huge success. The Good Shepherd Center is a homeless shelter dedicated to serving women and children. On May 11, 2019 we went to honor the mother’s by catering a brunch, playing bingo, music, arts and crafts and more. We were able to deliver 50 gift bags full of bath and body works lotion and soap, makeup, spa baskets, and more. We served the mothers and volunteers a delicious brunch was catered from Marie Callenders. The mother’s enjoyed interacting with volunteers and playing bingo and opening their gifts. The children enjoyed face painting and arts and crafts. It was a beautiful day, thank you to all of you who donated to make this event possible and came out to volunteer. We were able to create beautiful memories while blessing others.
