Alexis Philius, a graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s school of nursing, is an experienced Registered Nurse working as an ICU RN and a GI nurse. In this mission called life, Alexis’ greatest passion is helping make this world a better place to live by helping the less fortunate.
In 2015, Alexis founded Highly Favored : A Blessing to Others to promote awareness for the homeless population throughout Los Angeles County. She believes that if we change our mindset, everyone can make a difference in the world we live in. The homeless population is interwoven in the lives of all. Daily viewings during commutes to work and various outings portrays an imperfect world that surrounds us. Compassionate care does not stop at the bedside. So many people need our help and she uses her platform to help as many people as she can.
In her free time she values spending time with her husband and 2 beautiful daughters. Alexis loves to travel and experience different cultures.
